Andre will be returning to ShiChaHai Sports School February 2012 for the second half of his fourth grade school year. He has been training at this School in WuShu, Contemporary Kung Fu for a year.

Andre Magnum, known as Wang ZiLong to his Chinese friends, began learning
Kung Fu at 3 years old. Today, at 9 years old he is one of the top competitors
in the world. He’s competed in 5 different countries including Singapore, China, the
United States, Mexico, and Canada. Since the age of 5, Andre’s competed in 81 competitions, winning 1st in a stunning 63 of them.
August 2010, Andre was honored as the first foreigner to ever attend the Shaolin Monastery at Tagou in the Chinese Program!! He attended the first half of his third grade school year at Shaolin. Andre Magnum learns Kung Fu at Shaolin Temple
For Summers of 2008, 2009, and 2010; ZiLong Wang lived and trained at the
legendary Shaolin Temple in China. Tagou,
China’s renowned Martial Arts school, named Andre “The Kung Fu Ambassador”
because his energy and excitement are contagious. His amazing Kung Fu skills have captured the attention
of people around the world. WangZiLong’s been written about in magazines, newspapers
and has been featured in a documentary on China’s primary English Language Network,

highlighted Andre’s travels and studies in Kung Fu. Wang ZiLong is a member of the esteemed US Traditional Wushu Team!!!
In order to maintain his busy training schedule, Andre was schooled at home by private tutors, including a Chinese Language Teacher in 2008 and 2009. When not practicing Kung Fu, ZiLong Wang enjoys building
robots with his father, drawing with his Mom.
His latest passion is learning to play the piano, which he says he finds,
“incredibly relaxing.”
Andre continues to raise the profile of Wushu, Sports Kung
Fu, as he does demonstrations and speaking engagements at schools, civic groups
and Chinese cultural events around the U.S.
Additionally, WangZiLong continues to compete both nationally and internationally,
inspiring both young and old.
